Our maintenance package is designed to give you peace of mind that the integrations we’ve built for you will keep working smoothly. Here’s exactly what you can expect.
What's Included
Ongoing functionality: Everything in your integration as it exists on the day you sign up is covered. If we built a workflow with three steps, we’ll make sure those three steps continue to work.
Connection monitoring: We keep your integrations connected, including refreshing API keys or credentials when needed.
Updates from connected apps: If the apps you use (like HubSpot, Airtable, etc.) make changes, we’ll adjust settings to keep the integration working.
Error handling & performance: We fix any failed runs, retries, or issues that stop data from flowing
Data assurance: If data doesn’t make it through because of an error, we’ll recover and replay it.
Volume coverage: Each maintenance subscription covers one Bridge connection. If you approach the limit, we’ll notify you and discuss pricing for additional volume.
If a payment fails, service will stop immediately until resolved; the service runs month-to-month and can be canceled anytime through your account dashboard.
What's NOT Included
Logic changes. If you want to add steps, new apps, or change how the integration works, that’s considered a new build. These are scoped and priced separately.
Training or extra meetings. Documentation is delivered when we build your integration. Maintenance does not include new training or recurring calls.
Third-party downtime. If a software platform you use goes down, we aren’t responsible for their outage.
Slack channel access. All communication will be handled via email.

Is there a limit to the number of support requests?
No. You have unlimited support requests if something is not functioning correctly with your Bridge connection.
How long will it take your team to resolve any issues?
We’ll resolve issues within 24 business hours. If more time is needed, you’ll receive an update with a new timeline. Response times may be slower during U.S. holidays, but we’ll always acknowledge your request and keep you informed.
